Check for location permissions (Android) for the PongFox app & allow all permissions

Check if you're connected to the internet to view drill library or sessions
Balls hitting the net
Check if the connector b/w the Head & Body of the robot are connected properly. View Image
Check if motors in the head are running:
Remove all balls from the robot
Run Easy-Counter-Forehand. Check if all 3 black wheels are rotating. You can
verify by touching the wheels with your hand as shown in the video. View Video
Run Easy-Service-Backhand & Easy-Counter-Forehand. Check if the Head moves in both Up - Down &
Left - Right directions. View

Balls not launching from robot
Make sure all the balls used are 40mm balls and not more.
Check for any component issue:
Remove all balls from the robot
Rotate the Spiral inside the body manually so that the marked arrow on it matches with the
marked arrow on the sheetmetal. View Image
Run Easy-Counter-Forehand at 1.0-sec feedrate for 15-balls & check if the Spiral starts and stops
at the marked arrow as seen in the video. View
