What makes the PongFox robot different?
PongFox is a smart, app-controlled robot designed to simulate a real human opponent. Unlike traditional robots with analog remotes, PongFox connects via Bluetooth and uses a three-wheel head to generate topspin, backspin, sidespin, or no-spin within a single drill. It can also pair with the dedicated SmartPad for service, third-ball and subsequent-ball training.
Do I need a partner to use PongFox?
No. PongFox is designed as a solo training companion, allowing you to practise consistency, footwork, serves and complex drills on your own.
How many balls can the robot hold?
The ball hopper holds 80+ balls for long, uninterrupted practice sessions.
Is the robot portable?
Yes. The robot weighs approximately 5 kg (11 lb) and is compact enough to fit into a backpack or carry bag.
Where is the product made?
PongFox is designed and manufactured in Bengaluru, India, and shipped to customers worldwide.
What accessories and tools are included?
The maintenance toolkit includes a screwdriver, nose pliers, extra screws, a spare IR sensor, and a ball stopper.

Is the app free?
Yes. The PongFox app is free to download on iOS and Android.

Can I recreate a multiball drill from a coaching video?
Yes. Use the video as a reference and manually build a similar feeding pattern with PongFox’s Record • Save • Replay feature. Choose the sequence, strokes, speed and placement, then test the feed and adjust it to your level. PongFox does not automatically import or analyse the video in this workflow.
How do I create and save a custom rally?
Press Record Rally, set your sequence, strokes, speed and placement, then test it. Once the feed matches your practice needs, enter a rally name and save it for future sessions.
How many times can I replay a saved rally?
You can run your rally for 1, 2, 3 or 5 consecutive repetitions. Each repetition replays the rally pattern.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from Bengaluru, India.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. PongFox ships to 25+ countries using trusted international couriers such as DHL.
How fast can you ship?
- Processing: 2–3 business days
- Delivery within India: approximately 3–7 business days
- International delivery: approximately 7–14 business days
Timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier or customs delays.
Warranty and support
What is the warranty period?
PongFox includes a one-year limited warranty, or two years for customers in the EU, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What if I need spare parts?
The robot is modular and its parts are replaceable. Contact the support team to identify and order the part you need.
What is the return, replacement and cancellation policy?
- Returns: All sales are final on used goods.
- Damaged delivery: Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- Cancellations: Request within two hours of purchase, provided the order has not shipped.
