3. Cancellations

This Cancellation Policy applies when a customer cancels an order within 2 hours of purchase, after order acceptance and acknowledgment from BodhiLabs, but before shipment of goods or execution of services.

Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • If the product has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. All claims once the product is shipped will be in accordance with our return/refund policy.

How to Cancel:

Limited Warranty:

  • The PongFox Robot comes with a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Warranty periods vary based on the region:
    • 2-year warranty for consumers in the EU, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland.
    • 1-year warranty for all other regions not mentioned above.

Exclusions:

The warranty will be voided in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or operation of the robot.
  • Damage resulting from long-term lack of maintenance.
  • Using the PongFox in unsuitable conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures, excessive dust, or other improper environments).
  • Installing or using upgrades (hardware or software) or add-ons that are not officially supported by PongFox.

Warranty Claims:

  • To make a warranty claim, customers must contact BodhiLabs for instructions.

What happens if the PongFox Robot fails within the warranty period?

If the PongFox Robot fails within the warranty period and the issue is covered under warranty:

  • The PongFox team will provide the necessary materials and guide the user through the repair process via video call.
  • The shipping cost for the materials must be paid by the user.

6. Damages and Repairs

Servicing:

  • If instructed to return the PongFox Robot to BodhiLabs for servicing, the customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping the unit to the provided address.

Repair Charges:

  • Any costs associated with repairs outside the warranty coverage will be borne by the customer.

7. Jurisdiction

Claim Resolution:

  • Any claims or disputes will be settled in Bangalore, India, and are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
